Our Business Philosophy

The objective of our business is to provide high quality embroidered, screen printed and heat pressed products along with reliable service for our customers.  We hope you enjoy our products and visiting our website as much as we enjoying providing them for you.

Our Policy

We require 50% down payment on all orders before we will begin work unless prior approval has been worked out.

Because of the customization of our embroidered and screenprinted items we do not accept returns, however if the item is done incorrectly due to our error we will replace the item.

Stock heat pressed designs may be returned for defective design or apparel and we will replace it.

Whatever the situation we will work with you to come to an agreement that we will both be happy with. 

We do embroider on items you supply but due to the liability of replacement of an item we do not supply the cost is a bit higher.
