Custom Name Rockers, Patches and Pins

Standard Name Rockers (above): These are our standard rockers and are

similiar to the Harley Davidson rockers. They are made of Ultra Suede for

weather resistance. Lettering done in Arial and stitched in Amber Beige.

Heat seal is done on the back of them and can be pressed on but we

recommend they be sewn on. Email us the name you would like and

if you want the name in all capital letters or capital and lower case letters.

To determine the proper size category,add the width and height together and divide by 2. Example: The emblem measures 2" x 4"

2+4=6 divided by 2=3"

Important note: Fractional results larger than 1/8" round up to the next size category. Fractional results of 1/8" or less round down.

Prices include up to 9 embroidery colors. Add $0.14 for each additional color. We will always use the closest match available.

SPECIAL THREADS: For each metallic or neon thread used add 10% to the base emblem price. Prices so not include laminated backing:

Plastic: $0.15

Heatseal: $0.28

Pressure Sensitive: $0.60

Velcro: $1.40

Shipping is 25-30 days from the placement of order with useable art, sample, and/or instructions and payment has been arranged or secured.

Cloisonne’

After your image is die struck in copper, the recessed areas are filled with special resins, oven hardened, and individually hand polished to a flawless mirror-like finish. All raised elements, showing detail, lettering and seperating colors, are gold or silver-plated. Resin colors can be Pantone (PMS) matched. (Example shown in silver plate.)

Premium Cloisonne’

After your image is die struck in copper, each recess is hand filled with finely ground colored glass, kiln fired, plated in gold or silver and individually hand polished to a mirror-like finish. All raised elements, showing detail, lettering and seperating colors, are gold or silver-plated. (Example shown in gold plate)

Cloisonne’ with Screen printing

Screen print used in conjunction with the Cloisonné process allows small details to be printed on color, without the need for raised metal seperations. Combining the ancient art of Cloisonné with modern screen-printing achieves effects heretofor impossible.

Photo Etched with Epoxy

After your image is chemically etched in copper, each recess is hand filled with soft enamel, cured, and plated in gold or silver. Soft enamel colors can be Pantone (PMS) matched. A clear epoxy dome can be added for luster and protection. (Example shown with clear epoxy dome.)

Iron soft enamel without Epoxy

Your image is struck in soft iron, recessed areas are colored with soft enamels. As the deep recesses are not filled full, the result is more dimensional than the Cloisonné or photo-etched process. Adding a clear epoxy dome for luster and protection will minimize the image's dimensional appearance.
