I have my logo, now what? |
| |
|
Ideas for deciding what apparel, accessories or promotional items to place your new logo
on. |
When looking at items to put your logo on I am sure you have found so many items it makes your head spin. What will
be the best for marketing your company or your group or team? It's a question to put some thought into that is for
sure.
My first suggestion is to do some kind of apparel for yourself, shirts, coats, hats, and bags. Advertise your
company or group shamelessly.
Next think of your client base (if you are a company), what do they like to do, what could you give them with your
logo on it that they would use or wear so your company gets exposure and your gift does not end up in the bottom of
the closet.
If you are a group or team and you are reselling you need to think the same way. Who are you selling to. What kinds
of items do they like or would wear.
For example one of our clients who has a construction supply company has his logo done on camo hats because his
clients like to hunt. He gives them away to his better clients and sells them in his store as well.
Another one gets his motorcycle club logo done on bandana's and stocking hats to sell at their club events.
We have another client who is in the health industry they have their logo done on gym bags for give away and
purchase.
You get the idea.
Be creative, use some out of the box idea's. They can really bring attention to your logo. Here are some out of the
box idea's we have come across or done:
Canvas grocery bags: (People are trying to be green. This is a great idea for environmental companies)
Gloves - Yes it can be done.
Socks - (for sports, such as volleyball, soccer etc.)
Chaps - (For special clients you want to spend extra money on.)
Stadium Chairs - (good for games, races, and rodeo fans)
Umbrella's - We live in Washington State
Winter headbands - These are nice and keep your ears warm. Nice for motorcyclists, and snow sports)
Bandana's - Not so out of the box but something folks don't often think about.
Flip flops - Yes it can be done.
Wine bags
As always we hope these articles are helpful and can give you some idea's. Our next article will be on placement of
logo's.
